The first edition of its Indian Hospitality Awards 2013 at a grand gala function held at the Hyderabad International convention center, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

The National Hospitality Awards 2013 function was graced by dignitaries , Chandana Khan , Special chief secretary - Andhra Pradesh Tourism , Ficci vice-chairman Mr J.A. Chowdary and Mr S.M. Shervani, president of Federation of Hotels and Restaurants Association of India (FHRAI), G.V. Krishnaiah, president Andhra Pradesh Hotels Association (APHA).

We have received 631 nominations, of which we have selected 65 for awards under 19 categories - said Mr Nagaraju, organaiser of IHA. We have instituted these awards to encourage the hospitality sector, which has been providing state-of-the-art facilities and offering delicious menus to the customers - he added.
